Appeals and reviews involve a process whereby a decision of a Court or administrative body is challenged.

Appellate & Judicial Reviews​

Judicial reviews are generally brought in the High Court or Court of Appeal, although there are exceptions. Only matter of generally public interest proceed to the Supreme Court. These matters proceed on the papers and no oral evidence is required.
